Our oversized non-soap bar is very different from and superior to regular soaps. Most soaps are made by mixing and heating oils and lye, then adding some synthetic fragrance. But, this is what they don't tell you:

• Regular soaps over-cleanse the skin—leaving it dry, rough, often scaly, and sometimes itchy. The excess lye elevates the skin's natural pH, depleting its own moisture. When the skin's moisture barrier is compromised, the skin's immune system is weakened leaving you more vulnerable to toxins, pollutants, bacteria, and viruses.

Our fruit and vegetable bar leaves skin clean and fresh without removing precious oils or moisture—optimizing and replenishing the skin's immune system.

• The skin is also negatively affected by the rancid oils and synthetic fragrances contained in most soaps. These oils and fragrances can penetrate the skin and create free radicals, including brown spots and irregular pigment, which are known to accelerate aging, weaken skin health and vibrancy, and create greater susceptibility to sun damage.

Essential Oils - Extracted from flowers, leaves, stems, and barks. They are very complex, natural fragrances with many skin benefits. Lavender - Steam distilled from the flowering tops. Grapefruit - Cold pressed from the rind. This purifying oil has cleansing properties that help remove toxins. Ylang Ylang - Steam distilled from blossoms picked in the early morning for the sweetest and best yield. Its fragrance influence is used to lessen anxiety.
