Ingredients Soybean Lecithin - A fatty substance that is also found in milk, egg yolk and blood, lecithin is a rich source of linoleic acid (an essential fatty acid) and several important phospholipids. Phospholipids, like phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylserine, make up cell membranes and are essential in various important brain functions.
Raw Wheat Germ - Derived from the wheat kernel, source of protein, dietary fiber and contains vitamin B complex.
Rice Gluten - The protein of the rice grain, which has been separated from the starch. Is a source of protein.
Flax Seed - Provides essential fatty acids and nutrients for skin health.
Rice Bran - The bran portion of the grain. Is a source of dietary fiber and rich in B complex, protein, vitamin E and vitamin K.
Soy Protein Concentrate - A concentrate made from soy, which is comprised of at least 65% protein, dry weight.
Wheat Germ Flour - Derived from the wheat kernel, source of protein, dietary fiber and contains vitamin B complex.
Dried Poultry Liver - Powdered chicken liver which is a source of protein and added for flavoring.
Cod Liver Oil - Oil from the liver of the cod fish which is rich in vitamins A and D. Also contains linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid.
Molasses - A by-product in processing sugar, especially cane sugar. An energy source which contributes to endurance.
Steamed Bone Meal - Pulverized poultry bones which are rich in calcium and potassium.
Choline Chloride - Known as a lipotropic nutrient, choline can help prevent fatty buildup in the liver as well as help the body to metabolize fat more efficiently. Choline is an essential component of the important neurotransmitter acetylcholine as well as the phosphatidylcholine that makes up cell membranes.
Garlic - Rich in thiois, a natural antioxidant that protects the circulatory system.

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) - The body’s primary water soluble antioxidant and is essential for collagen formation and immune defense.

Niacin (Vitamin B3) - The different forms of Vitamin B3 provide different benefits for the body. For example, niacin has been shown to help to lower blood lipids such as cholesterol, while niacinamide can help with blood sugar regulation.
Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) - Long hailed as the "anti-stress vitamin," pantothenic acid plays a critical role in healthy adrenal function and cellular metabolism. Pantothenic acid plays a key role in the production of vital compounds that allow our bodies to burn carbohydrates and fats as energy.
Copper Amino Acid Chelate - A chelated form of the mineral copper which makes it highly absorbable.
Manganese Amino Acid Chelate - A mineral which is necessary for proper calcium and vitamin C metabolism; converts blood sugar into energy.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) - Riboflavin supports healthy eyes, hair, skin and nails and is involved in the regeneration of glutathione, one of the body's primary free-radical scavengers
Calcium Iodate - The major role of iodine is the production of thyroid hormones and the maintenance of proper thyroid functioning in general.
Thiamin (Vitamin B1) - Vitamin B1, a substance that enable carbohydrates in the body to release energy required for cellular function known as metabolism. Deficiencies of thiamin, which is essential for carbohydrate metabolism, are especially evident in people with diabetes, Crohn's disease and several neurological diseases. Thiamin is essential in energy production in the brain and for normal functioning of the heart, nerve tissues and muscles.
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) - Essential in the formation of proteins, nervous system transmitters, red blood cells, antibodies and prostaglandins. Along with B12 and folic acid, B6 works to elevate homocysteine levels.
Folic Acid - Besides helping to control homocysteine levels with B6 and B12, folic acid has received much attention for its ability to reduce the risk of birth defects such as spina bifida or anencephaly.
Biotin - While biotin is considered essential because of its role in the metabolism of amino acids, fats and carbohydrates, it has received more attention for its ability to promote healthy hair, skin and nails.
Sodium Selenium - Working on its own and as a component of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione peroxidase, selenium helps to protect the body against damage caused by free radical and heavy metals such as lead and mercury.

Calcium - Besides improving bone healing and limiting bone loss, calcium is also essential to cardiovascular health and optimal enzyme and neurotransmitter activity. With over 18% of the calcium in our bones being replaced each year, it is important to get at least the recommended 1,000 mg of calcium every day. 1.4%
Phosphorus - This essential mineral works with calcium to form bones and teeth and plays an important role in cell growth, tissue repair and energy production. 1.2%
Potassium - Electrolytes are minerals that, when dissolved in fluid, will conduct electricity.
